Shipping Policy
We ship all of our orders via UPS, USPS and DHL. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can see your shipping calculation at checkout.
Ground Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within the same day or next business day, depending the time order was placed or the shipping option selected at checkout. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. We will send you tracking number via email or text so you are able to follow the status of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be informed if you are based out of the UAE or USA, upon receiving your package you may have to may regulatory fees such as customs and tax. We are unable to provide the amount it would be and recommend that you contact the courier directly who will be able to assist you with any queries relating to import fees.;
